Glenys offers a variety of options to learn skills and techniques to promote your wellness.

Glenys also gives regular workshops and talks on Energy Medicine. Topics include how to overcome stress and anxiety, and how to improve sleep and regain your energy. Check out the Workshop schedule here.

 Online self-paced courses on the use of Energy Medicine techniques for many everyday issues are now available.

This 7-week course will introduce you to the theory and practice of meditation. Each week a  different style of meditation will be presented. You will then have the opportunity to practise that style for the week.

The Meditation for Beginners course is designed for beginners to meditation, but is also suitable for anyone who wants a refresher or would like to extend their practice.

 

Meditation has now been extensively researched and we know it offers a wide range of benefits, including:
